• Be accompanied by the purchase invoice.

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Earrings: Due to hygiene reasons, all earring sales are final.
• Sale items or those purchased with clearance discounts.
• Gift cards or store credit.

5. Shipping Costs

• Shipping fees for returns/exchanges are not covered by Vitta.
• We are not responsible for items lost in return transit.

6. Refunds

• Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.
